If your order is damaged during delivery please email us to notify us of the problem immediately.

We do not offer refunds for any reason including and not limited to change of mind, incorrect address submitted by the customer or incorrect product or quantity submitted at checkout, or for orders that are not received where Australia Post has confirmed the parcel as being ""delivered"".
