All orders made are final. We cannot guarantee that changes to products and/or shipping details can be made once order confirmation is sent to you. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your order.
If a parcel is returned to OSKISLA due to it being unclaimed or incorrect address being submitted with order, the customer is responsible for an additional handling and postage fee of $10 for re-delivery.
OSKISLA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, unless it is lost or stolen during transit. Tracking is provided on all orders and parcels where the status “Delivered” or “Completed” will be deemed as delivered.
